Job Description

Microsoft 365 administrator modernizing collaboration, automation, and security for First Financial Bank. Administering cloud platforms, governance, identity, and Copilot solutions across a regulated banking environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft Defender, Purview, and other Microsoft 365 services
  • Configure identity management, endpoint security, conditional access, information protection, and governance solutions
  • Develop workflows and business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft Copilot, and Copilot Studio
  • Partner with business units to identify automation, process improvement, and collaboration opportunities
  • Troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365 issues and recommend solutions
  • Support enterprise-wide technology initiatives
  • Evaluate platform health, licensing, usage, and emerging Microsoft technologies
  • Recommend improvements supporting reliability, security, and user adoption
  • Develop documentation, training resources, and standards for Microsoft 365 use, security, and compliance

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Three to five years of Microsoft 365 systems administration experience preferred
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 within a financial institution or other regulated environment preferred
  • Microsoft role-based certifications preferred
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365, Office 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and Purview
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and workflow automation
  • Strong understanding of cloud identity management, endpoint administration, cybersecurity, governance, and compliance best practices
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods while administering enterprise systems
  • Ability to review technical documentation, reports, dashboards, and system configurations requiring close visual attention
  • Ability to operate a computer and standard office equipment throughout the workday
