Job Description
HVAC Analyst developing energy-efficient HVAC projects in Revit for Método Grupo. Collaborating with installation team to ensure compliance with standards and optimizing systems for performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop efficient HVAC projects in Revit, applying best practices and available technologies;
- Actively collaborate with the installations team to ensure compliance with ABNT standards for HVAC projects;
- Demonstrate expertise in mechanical engineering, with a focus on air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, and refrigeration systems;
- Use Revit as the primary design tool for HVAC projects;
- Perform thermal load and ventilation analyses to optimize energy efficiency and thermal comfort;
- Apply prior experience in HVAC project delivery, especially projects related to the retail sector;
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering;
- Advanced proficiency with HVAC design and thermal analysis tools;
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team;
- Capacity to integrate knowledge across diverse HVAC systems;
- Advanced experience using Autodesk Revit.
