Job Description

Analista SRE Pleno garantindo disponibilidade e confiabilidade da NDDPay, instituição de pagamento da NDD. Monitorando incidentes, infraestrutura Cloud, banco de dados e mudanças operacionais.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of NDDPay solutions.
  • Monitor payment processing flows and platform health.
  • Create, adjust, and remove alerts; analyze their effectiveness and maintain the associated knowledge base.
  • Analyze application servers, databases, and SQL maintenance routines.
  • Track SLA/uptime and escalate deviations to coordination and management.
  • Analyze, identify, resolve, and escalate incidents and requests.
  • Collect evidence for issues and requests related to critical incidents.
  • Publish incident resolution articles in the knowledge base.
  • Create and submit GMUDs (change requests) for system and infrastructure maintenance.
  • Plan and execute Cloud updates and size resources in collaboration with Infrastructure.
  • Support version acceptance testing before production deployment.
  • Keep the version and patch calendar up to date and share the change plan.
  • Suggest product improvements and analyze demand trends for the Product team.
  • Participate in daily meetings with the teams.
  • Keep up with technological advances and maintain current procedures, manuals, and release documentation.
  • Perform activities with formal approval from coordination, management, or executive leadership.
  • Manage access control for users authorized to provide support.

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a Mid-Level SRE Analyst.
  • Ability to ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of solutions.
  • Experience and knowledge in monitoring, incident response, and continuous operational improvement.
  • Create, adjust, and remove email and monitoring-tool alerts.
  • Analyze application server and database performance.
  • Knowledge of SQL maintenance routines.
  • Track contracted SLA/uptime.
  • Analyze, identify, and resolve incidents and requests.
  • Create and submit GMUDs (change requests) for system and infrastructure maintenance.
  • Plan and execute updates in Cloud environments.
  • Size resources in collaboration with Infrastructure.
  • Support version acceptance testing in test environments.
  • Perform activities subject to formal approval from coordination, management, or executive leadership.
  • Manage access control for users authorized to provide support.
