Job Description

Middle Product Manager driving product strategy and roadmap execution for an iGaming platform. Collaborating across teams to deliver impactful product initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine product strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Define and communicate product vision.
  • Set and track KPIs to measure product performance.
  • Analyze financial and business metrics to inform decisions.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis.
  • Identify and systematize customer pain points.
  • Drive product discovery and solution validation.
  • Build business cases for product initiatives.
  • Own end-to-end product development from ideation to launch.
  • Build and maintain short- and long-term product roadmaps.
  • Define product requirements and specifications.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality delivery within budget.
  • Lead collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
  • Communicate product strategy, updates, and results to stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior product managers and support team development.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • Experience in product discovery, planning, and specification.
  • Strong understanding of business metrics and business cases.
  • Ability to define KPIs and work with product analytics.
  • Understanding of software architecture and product design principles.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with task-tracking systems (JIRA or other), knowledge management systems (Confluence or other), and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch or other).
  • Ability to work with data.
  • Strong communication, decision-making, strategic thinking, collaboration, adaptability, and goal orientation.
