Job Description
NetSuite Finance SME supporting Brazilian users and tax compliance for Atticus, a Philippines-based remote staffing and IT offshoring firm. Resolving NetSuite Finance issues and Avalara integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for Portuguese-speaking users in Sao Paulo, Brazil
- Resolve complex Finance and Accounting module issues within NetSuite at L2/L3 level
- Provide expert support for Avalara integrations
- Ensure alignment with Brazilian statutory tax requirements
- Manage and document support tickets within the Teamwork Desk platform while maintaining the partner's brand identity
- Advise the client on NetSuite best practices for financial reporting, period close, and accounting workflows
- Represent the partner to its end-client in a high-touch, white-label support model
Requirements:
- Native or professional-level fluency in Portuguese (written and verbal)
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite Functional experience with a heavy focus on the Finance/Accounting modules
- Proven experience with Avalara tax automation within a NetSuite environment
- Excellent client-facing skills
- Ability to explain complex technical fixes to non-technical stakeholders in Portuguese and English
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is highly preferred
