Job Description
FP&A Manager overseeing contract estimates, proposals, cash, and compliance for Pratt & Whitney’s V2500 aircraft-engine aftermarket business. Supporting fleet contracts, financial controls, and cross-functional finance teams.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and engage in contract management for Pratt & Whitney Commercial V2500 Aftermarket ESF Finance
- Calculate and analyze contract estimates at completion (EACs) for multiple fleet management contracts
- Prepare and present financial analysis related to contract EACs to P&W CFT and external auditors
- Prepare and present financial analysis for customer proposals and contract restructuring activities
- Support monthly and annual MML/closing activities, including actual financial results for multiple fleet management contracts
- Coordinate the quarterly Remaining Performance Obligation (RPO) / Backlog process
- Support annual rate recalculation for multiple fleet management contracts
- Provide support to the invoicing vendor
- Provide financial oversight for multiple fleet management contracts and ongoing support to contract fleet managers
- Leverage CORE tools for continuous process improvement plans
- Provide financial support to Finance leadership and the CFT team
- Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Management, Sales, and Operations Analytics
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting and 8+ years of applicable work experience; OR Advanced Degree and 5+ years of applicable work experience
- 2+ years of experience in a Commercial Aftermarket or Financial Planning and Analysis organization or long term contract accounting
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively through all levels of the organization
- Familiarity with multiple financial systems such as SAP
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently with little direction while handling multiple high priority projects
- U.S. citizenship required
