Job Description

Network Architect responsible for architecture oversight and technical leadership for large-scale network transformation. Involves site migrations and working with enterprise networking solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the technical authority across the migration program, ensuring alignment with design standards and best practices
  • Lead and participate in bridge calls during migration events, providing real-time guidance and issue resolution
  • Oversee architecture and integration of: Aruba Central (switching, wireless, UXI, orchestration) Cisco SD-WAN (vManage, ISR 8200 series)
  • Support migration strategy and execution planning for high-volume site deployments
  • Provide technical leadership across day and night shift operations
  • Assist in managing 33+ site cutovers per week, scaling to large rollout phases (100s–1000s of sites)
  • Act as escalation point for complex network, routing, and deployment issues
  • Guide engineers and regional leads during Network turn-ups
  • Migration activities
  • Decommissioning processes
  • Address challenges related to limited discovery and low-voltage dependencies
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders and partners to ensure successful program delivery

Requirements:

  • 8–12+ years of experience in network architecture or senior engineering roles
  • Strong expertise in SD-WAN (Cisco vManage, ISR platforms)
  • Campus and branch networking (routing, switching, wireless)
  • Large-scale migration or rollout programs
  • Experience with Aruba Central or similar cloud-managed networking platforms
  • Proven ability to lead high-volume, multi-site deployment programs
  • Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills in live production environments
  • Experience working in client-facing or consulting roles
