Job Description

Occupational Health Co-ordinator focused on supplier management and clinical scheduling at Abbott. Ensuring compliance and facilitating onboarding processes in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and onboard new suppliers, manage contracts and compliance documentation, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure delivery against agreed KPIs and SLAs.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and approve timesheets.
  • Manage duty rotas, dashboards, and resource allocation in collaboration with the OH Manager.
  • Coordinate induction plans, equipment setup, compliance checks, and exit processes.
  • Raise purchase orders, approve and receipt goods and services.
  • Organize meetings, maintain inventory, review policies and SOPs, handle complaints, support audits, and provide data analysis for client insights.
  • Manage Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) in line with GDPR requirements.
  • Prepare for audit meetings, liaise with clinicians, and maintain audit records.
  • Manage pharmacist rotas, system access, and website updates.
  • Oversee secure transfer of medical records and ensure compliance with SOPs.

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of English language, spoken and written
  • High attention to detail, highly organised and articulate
  • Process driven to ensure all necessary steps in setting up a new supplier are compliantly followed
  • Be a resilient, self-starter who can manage frequent change.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise own workload, effectively communicating via multiple channels.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience of working in a healthcare environment desirable.
  • Experience of working within a regulated / audited environment (e.g. ISO 9001, CQC registration, RISQS accreditations) desirable.
