Job Description
Office Administrator handling records, calendars, correspondence, and data entry remotely from the Philippines. Supporting Wingman’s Australian partners and distributed contractor network.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Organise and maintain files, documents, and records
- Manage emails, calendars, and basic correspondence
- Prepare and update documents, reports, and spreadsheets
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow-ups
- Support the team with routine office functions
- Work remotely with international clients or teams, including Australian, United States, or New Zealand partners
Requirements:
- Previous experience in office administration, administrative support, or a similar role
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a work-from-home environment
- Reliable internet connection and suitable home working setup
- Self-provided computer with 8GB RAM, Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 (12th generation or newer), 512GB HDD/SSD, and Windows 11 Home or Pro
- Power backup such as a power station, powerbank, or UPS
- Secondary/external monitor
- Noise-cancelling headset and webcam
- Internet speed of 40–50 Mbps minimum for both download and upload
- BIR self-registration and required government contributions
- NBI or Police Clearance
- Government-issued ID
- Ability to work 7AM–4PM MNL time, Monday to Friday
- English proficiency test submission
- Personality test submission
- 1–2 minute English self-introduction video
- Screenshot submissions for device specifications, internet speed, equipment, and work setup
- Dual-monitor setup and backup internet speed information
- Willingness to comply with Wingman’s IT, security, system-monitoring, and productivity requirements
- Comfortable communicating with clients, vendors, and team members via calls, text, email, or other channels
- Reference-check information from a former employer or supervisor
