Job Description

Product Owner leading onboarding experiences for online gaming customers in iGaming and Fintech. Optimizing user interactions to enhance conversion and improve customer journeys.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the onboarding experience
  • Take full ownership of the end-to-end onboarding journey, including landing pages, registration, login, and player profile setup
  • Manage third-party tools (e.g. device, email, and SMS verification) to ensure a seamless and secure onboarding flow
  • Ensure all onboarding touchpoints are simple, intuitive, and optimized for conversion
  • Drive conversion and experience optimization
  • Continuously optimize the registration flow for simplicity, speed, and higher conversion rates
  • Own and improve all visual and content elements used during onboarding and first user communication
  • Use A/B testing and experimentation to validate improvements and enhance user experience
  • Define, shape, and execute the onboarding product roadmap aligned with business goals
  • Identify opportunities for new features and improvements based on user needs, data insights, and market trends
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry developments
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it is transparent, well-defined, and aligned with business value
  • Create and refine epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely delivery
  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to onboarding and conversion
  • Monitor user behavior, performance metrics, and stakeholder feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Make informed, data-driven decisions to continuously optimize the product
  • Act as the bridge between stakeholders, customers, and development teams
  • Lead agile processes such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product releases
  • Work with cross-functional teams to manage live issues and prioritize resolutions effectively

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager in a fast-paced, agile, digital environment
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented in managing priorities and delivery
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on optimizing user experience and conversion
  • Hands-on problem solver who can manage multiple priorities and take initiative
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities through market and competitor analysis
  • Comfortable investigating issues and coordinating with internal teams and third-party providers
  • Passion for building high-quality, user-centric products
  • Advantageous Experience in Gaming, Forex, or Crypto industries
  • Experience working on customer onboarding and conversion flows
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar product-focused certification
  • Experience working with remote, distributed teams across multiple time zones
