Job Description

Onboarding Specialist guiding clients through the onboarding process for their websites at RevenueWell. Ensuring effective communication and project coordination with internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding process.
  • Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their website needs, goals, and brand identity.
  • Collect and organize all necessary information, including content, images, branding materials, and technical specifications.
  • Proficiency in using website builders, content management systems (CMS)—particularly WordPress.
  • Collaborate closely with the design and development teams to relay client requirements.
  • Coordinate project schedules and milestones, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure that the website meets client specifications.
  • Provide training and support to clients on how to manage and update their website content.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client interactions, requirements, and project progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer onboarding or customer success, preferably in a SaaS company, website development agency, or a similar technology-focused environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in using website builders, content management systems (CMS), or similar web development tools.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose creative solutions.
