Job Description
Remote oncologic radiologist reading CT, PET, MRI, and other imaging for Florida Cancer Specialists’ cancer care network. Supporting continuity of care across assigned clinics.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient oncologic imaging, including CT/PET and/or MRI, ultrasound, X-ray, and DEXA
- Read imaging for assigned clinics
- Maintain patient continuity by reading previous imaging for assigned regions
- Collaborate using a multidisciplinary approach with the internal medical oncology team
- Provide patient- and community-centered care remotely from home
Requirements:
- Full unrestricted Florida MD/DO License
- Board-eligible/certified in Diagnostic Radiology or Nuclear Medicine
- Dual board certification preferred
- Experience and expertise reading scans in an oncology population
- Clear results of a thorough background screening
- Required vaccinations, including the influenza vaccine, barring an approved exemption
- Subject to drug testing
- Medical Marijuana cards are not recognized
