Job Description
Online Marketing Manager driving content, lead generation, automation, and CRM for NAIRON’s AI voice solutions. Fully remote role for candidates located in Greece.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns.
- Build and grow social media channels, especially LinkedIn.
- Create and optimize posts, blog articles, and case studies.
- Contribute to content strategy and brand positioning.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance, KPIs, and conversion rates.
- Support paid campaigns such as LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
- Work with HubSpot or comparable marketing automation platforms.
- Build and manage marketing funnels and automation workflows.
- Create and manage email campaigns and lead nurturing processes.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales on lead qualification.
- Support creation of sales enablement materials.
- Work closely with sales and product development teams to contribute to NAIRON's growth.
Requirements:
- Degree or training in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a comparable field.
- Initial experience (Junior) or several years of experience (Manager) in online marketing, social media (especially LinkedIn), and content creation.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys and sales funnels.
- Analytical thinking and a data-driven approach.
- Interest in AI, voice technology, and innovation.
- German: business-fluent / native level.
- English: very good written and spoken skills.
- Nice to have: Experience in B2B marketing.
- Nice to have: Knowledge of performance marketing.
- Nice to have: Experience with tools such as Google Analytics or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
