Job Description

Operations Assistant at wellness sanctuary managing remote daily operations including appointments, inventory, and customer inquiries. Responsible for ensuring efficient operations and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day operation of the store remotely
  • Review flow of appointments, proper breaks and time off
  • Assist in Scheduling tasks
  • Accurately book, change and cancel appointments
  • Explain clearly detailed descriptions of treatments, memberships, packages, services, facility features and hours of operation
  • Answer the phone within three rings
  • Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously through email or phone call
  • Assist in all areas of wellness sanctuary operation as requested by management
  • Review daily close out and time clock reports
  • Properly track time off schedules and assist in efficiencies of practitioner and front desk schedules
  • Manage store inventory and supplies; keep all store records and inventory organized
  • Special projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Spa/Fitness/Wellness experience preferred
  • Proficiency in booking system, Mindbody tool preferred
  • Strong sense of ownership and professionalism
  • Responsible and trustworthy
  • Willingness to work one day on the weekend and holidays
