Job Description

Operational leader in a growing affiliate marketing business. Ensuring operational excellence and team management for business scalability with founder partnership.

Responsibilities:

  • Partnering directly with the founder on operational priorities and company initiatives
  • Managing day-to-day team operations and ensuring projects move forward efficiently
  • Creating accountability systems, workflows, and processes across the organization
  • Leading team communication, coordination, and follow-through
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards, reporting, and performance tracking systems
  • Monitoring business metrics, marketing performance, and operational KPIs
  • Assisting with budget tracking, financial reporting, and business planning activities
  • Supporting analysis of paid advertising and marketing performance data
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
  • Building scalable systems to support company growth
  • Driving project execution across multiple departments and priorities
  • Establishing project management and workflow tools that improve visibility and accountability
  • Helping leadership make informed decisions through data analysis and reporting
  • Managing team performance expectations and ensuring operational consistency

Requirements:

  • Experience in operations, business management, project management, or related leadership roles
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen
  • Experience creating systems, workflows, and operational processes from the ground up
  • Proven ability to manage projects and multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience working directly with founders, executives, or small business leadership teams
  • Strong reporting, dashboarding, and KPI management experience
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with AI tools and technology platforms to improve efficiency
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, ecommerce, or paid media environments preferred
  • Familiarity with Meta advertising performance metrics is highly desirable
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments with limited structure
