Job Description
Ops Automation & AI Specialist automating logistics operations for Muvr, a fast-growing AI-powered logistics platform. Focus on repeatable work and building observable automations with strong compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Automates repeatable ops work and builds safe, observable automations that respect source-of-truth rules
- Implement and govern automations across ClickUp, Front, HubSpot, Stripe, and admin portal events, using the approved automation stack
- Enforce automation doctrine: reduce manual work and errors, never obscure ownership or hide failures, and never replace judgment in high-risk decisions
- Document every automation in ClickUp with an owner, monitoring, and rollback plan
- Build AI-assisted workflows where appropriate, with explainability and guardrails for safety-critical decisions
Requirements:
- 3 to 8 years in ops automation, systems ops, RevOps, or tools engineering
- Strong understanding of systems-of-record, idempotency mindset, and auditability
