Job Description
Ops Automation & AI Specialist developing and implementing automation solutions for Muvr's logistics platform. Collaborating across operations, product, and engineering teams for efficiency improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, design, and implement automation across core operations (dispatch, customer support, driver workflows, billing, QA, reporting).
- Build and maintain AI-powered tools (e.g., chatbots, internal copilots, document processing, forecasting, anomaly detection).
- Automate workflows using tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Retool, or custom scripts.
- Integrate internal systems (CRM, TMS, payment systems, support tools) via APIs.
- Develop dashboards and alerts to monitor operational performance and automation health.
- Partner with Ops, Support, Product, and Engineering teams to gather requirements and deploy solutions.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI and automation technologies and recommend adoption where valuable.
- Ensure automations are secure, reliable, well-documented, and scalable.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in operations automation, analytics, or applied AI.
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.).
- Experience working with AI/ML tools and LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward execution.
- Ability to translate messy operational problems into structured solutions.
