Job Description
Order Processing Associate managing custom apparel orders and logistics for New York-based Fresh Prints. Coordinating vendors and clients, solving delivery challenges, and optimizing costs remotely from Hyderabad.
Responsibilities:
- Process all assigned orders promptly
- Navigate logistical challenges for each order and find optimal solutions
- Coordinate order timelines with Campus Managers, Clients, Vendors, and Decorators
- Work on projects and campaigns as required
- Coordinate logistics campaigns involving overseas and domestic vendors
- Reduce costs and increase profit margins for orders
- Expedite orders to meet shortened delivery timelines
- Report to an Operations Manager
- Handle orders with autonomy and decision-making responsibility
Requirements:
- 2–6 years of experience in Operations/Logistics
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work on complex tasks under tight timelines
- Ability to make decisions without direct supervision
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Goal-driven
