Job Description

Part-time bookkeeper needed for U.S.-based jewelry manufacturing; managing finances and invoicing. Seeking detail-oriented candidate with QuickBooks Online experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Help maintain accurate financial records
  • Manage invoices
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day financial operations
  • Enter bills and expenses into QuickBooks Online
  • Create and manage client invoices
  • Track invoice payments and monitor outstanding balances
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Process weekly payments
  • Manage payments for 1099 contractors
  • Handle weekly bills and operational expenses
  • Process or assist with wire transfers
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records in QuickBooks Online
  • Communicate with the client regarding bookkeeping updates, questions, or clarifications via WhatsApp or phone

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of accounting, administrative, or bookkeeping experience
  • Proven experience using QuickBooks Online
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Ability to reconcile bank statements and financial transactions
  • Comfortable communicating directly with clients
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work during the required schedule
  • Familiarity with financial reporting and bookkeeping best practices.
