Job Description
Part-time bookkeeper needed for U.S.-based jewelry manufacturing; managing finances and invoicing. Seeking detail-oriented candidate with QuickBooks Online experience.
Responsibilities:
- Help maintain accurate financial records
- Manage invoices
- Ensure smooth day-to-day financial operations
- Enter bills and expenses into QuickBooks Online
- Create and manage client invoices
- Track invoice payments and monitor outstanding balances
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Process weekly payments
- Manage payments for 1099 contractors
- Handle weekly bills and operational expenses
- Process or assist with wire transfers
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records in QuickBooks Online
- Communicate with the client regarding bookkeeping updates, questions, or clarifications via WhatsApp or phone
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of accounting, administrative, or bookkeeping experience
- Proven experience using QuickBooks Online
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Ability to reconcile bank statements and financial transactions
- Comfortable communicating directly with clients
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work during the required schedule
- Familiarity with financial reporting and bookkeeping best practices.
