Job Description

Partner Onboarding Specialist ensuring new driver-partners are onboarded accurately and compliantly. Collaborate with Partner Acquisition and Operations teams for smooth activation of partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners
  • Review and verify partner documents (licenses, insurance, background checks, vehicle info, etc.)
  • Ensure all onboarding and compliance requirements are met before activation
  • Guide partners through onboarding steps and timelines
  • Answer partner questions related to onboarding and requirements
  • Track onboarding progress and resolve issues or delays
  • Coordinate with Acquisition, Operations, and Support teams
  • Help improve onboarding processes and partner experience

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in onboarding, operations, compliance, or customer support
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple cases at once
  • Reliable, organized, and process-driven
  • Experience in a marketplace, logistics, or gig-economy environment preferred
  • Experience reviewing documents or compliance requirements preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM, ticketing, or onboarding tools preferred
  • Bilingual a plus
