Job Description
Partnership Customer Success Manager at Sumsub, a verification platform. Build and maintain relationships with partners to achieve their goals and enhance product adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day relationships with partners and key customers.
- Help partners and customers achieve their goals.
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Support feature rollouts and collect feedback on product needs.
- Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager or Business Development Manager.
- Advanced English and Spanish.
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic understanding of KYC, compliance, identity verification or fraud prevention would be a strong plus.
- Good analytical skills with confidence working with Google Sheets, MS Excel or similar tools.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Solutions, Legal, Marketing and other internal teams.
