Job Description

Partnership Customer Success Manager at Sumsub, a verification platform. Build and maintain relationships with partners to achieve their goals and enhance product adoption.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with partners and key customers.
  • Help partners and customers achieve their goals.
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
  • Support feature rollouts and collect feedback on product needs.
  • Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager or Business Development Manager.
  • Advanced English and Spanish.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of KYC, compliance, identity verification or fraud prevention would be a strong plus.
  • Good analytical skills with confidence working with Google Sheets, MS Excel or similar tools.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Solutions, Legal, Marketing and other internal teams.
