Job Description
Patent Attorney specializing in IP and patent prosecution with a focus on technical fields. Supporting clients nationwide in areas related to IP and patent law.
Responsibilities:
- Specialized in the placement of IP/Patent professionals nationwide
- Understanding clients’ technical needs
- Supporting candidates’ career interests
- Providing trusted career advice
- Utilizing a broad network of client relationships to get resumes noticed.
Requirements:
- Experience drafting patent applications
- Prosecution before the USPTO
- Supporting patent prosecution before foreign patent offices
- Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent
- USPTO admission required
- Prior law firm experience
- Advanced technical degree and/or experience with medical device technologies are a plus
- Strong academic credentials
- Superb judgment and communication skills
- Commitment to providing excellent client services.
