Job Description

Payments Product Specialist managing PaymentIQ operations across casino brands. Troubleshooting transactions, configuring payment flows, and integrating payment providers remotely from Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily payment operations, including monitoring and troubleshooting failed or incorrect transactions
  • Configure and maintain rules within the orchestration platform to optimize payment flows
  • Perform basic configurations for integrating new payment providers into systems
  • Work with Customer Support and other teams to investigate and resolve transaction errors
  • Collaborate with commercial, integration, and backend teams to improve payment processes
  • Identify issues, suggest improvements, and support teams with payment-related needs in PaymentIQ
  • Document configurations, rules, and payment processes for transparency and knowledge sharing

Requirements:

  • >2 years of hands-on experience with PaymentIQ or a similar payment platform
  • Strong understanding of payment flows, integrations, and transaction monitoring
  • Technical aptitude for configuring payment systems and troubleshooting issues
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues
  • Experience in iGaming, fintech, or e-commerce payment operations (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with multiple payment methods, including cards, wallets, and bank transfers (nice to have)
  • Knowledge of orchestration platforms beyond PaymentIQ (nice to have)
