Job Description
Piedmont Healthcare scheduler pre-registering patients and scheduling procedures remotely in Atlanta. Coordinating resources for moderately complex patient services.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as front-line support for the Patient Connection Center within Piedmont Healthcare
- Pre-register and schedule moderately complex procedures
- Coordinate multiple resources for patient services
Requirements:
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- 2 years of related customer-facing experience, preferably in healthcare required
- Experience demonstrating proficiency in scheduling or preregistering patients required
- No licenses or certifications required
