Job Description
Business Associate turning analytics into growth and margin decisions for Liven’s mental-wellness app. Partnering with founders on strategy, competitive analysis, and profitability initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with founders and top management, translating data into strategic decisions that move the P&L
- Own the full analytics lifecycle from raw data to business recommendation
- Use internal metrics and external benchmarks to identify growth levers and margin opportunities
- Independently identify and launch initiatives that improve efficiency, unit economics, and profitability
- Conduct systematic competitive and market analysis to uncover growth and monetization opportunities
- Build business cases and analytical frameworks that shape strategic decisions
- Drive strategic initiatives end-to-end and measure progress against concrete business and margin outcomes
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in strategic consulting, investment banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or corporate finance
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, and preparing data-driven recommendations
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for research, workflow automation, and improving analytical work efficiency
- Genuine interest in understanding how every part of the business operates and connects
- High ownership, high standards, and a track record of delivering high-quality results
- Experience independently managing strategic projects end-to-end, from problem definition to implementation (preferred)
- Experience in Investor Relations, preparing investor materials, or supporting investment transactions such as M&A and fundraising (preferred)
- Experience with SQL, Python, or BI tools (preferred)
