Job Description
Consultant providing pedagogical training and support to schools in Brazil. Collaborating with educators to enhance socio-emotional learning experiences for students.
Responsibilities:

- Represent the program with partner schools;
- Prepare and deliver presentations;
- Provide pedagogical follow-up;
- Conduct consultations, meetings and classes with partner schools;
- Offer pedagogical solutions to teachers.
Requirements:

- Willingness and availability to travel extensively;
- Interpersonal skills: empathy, active listening, and customer-focused approach;
- Experience in the education field;
- Familiarity with the school context and the ability to speak the language of educators;
- Enjoy working in the school environment and be open to the challenges of the national education system.

- Previous experience with socio-emotional education (socio-emotional learning);
- Familiarity with socio-emotional learning programs.
