Job Description
Analyst conducting end-to-end recruitment processes for operational vacancies in Brazil. Strategic partner in candidate attraction and process management with internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for operational roles across Brazil;
- Act strategically and proactively in candidate attraction, using diverse sources and approaches;
- Manage processes using ATS systems, with experience in Gupy considered a plus;
- Monitor and analyze Recruitment & Selection metrics, ensuring speed and quality of deliverables;
- Partner with hiring managers and internal teams to maintain alignment and smooth process flow.
Requirements:
- Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent);
- Experience with high-volume recruitment and operational hiring;
- Remote role with regional restriction: candidates must be based in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, or Curitiba.
