Job Description

Deal Desk Analyst supporting sales operations and deal lifecycle in a remote-first culture. Collaborating with global teams to streamline processes and enhance deal quality while working from the UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the go-to partner for global Account Executives, delivering end-to-end quote-to-signature support
  • Create quotes, manage pricing approvals, generate order forms, and ensure clean opportunity closure
  • Keep deals moving with urgency by proactively resolving blockers
  • Support and evolve CPQ and CLM systems to scale with business needs
  • Maintain high standards of data integrity across Salesforce
  • Document and refine processes to drive consistency, clarity, and efficiency

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations or deal desk
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in CPQ and CLM systems
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
