Job Description

Creative Lead developing marketing strategies for platforms like Meta and TikTok at 82DASH. Focused on authentic, customer-generated content and campaign optimization in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the creative strategy for paid marketing across Meta, TikTok, and other channels.
  • Turn customer-generated content into high-performing ads: selecting, editing, scripting, and refining assets.
  • Build creative testing roadmaps, including hooks, angles, formats, and messaging variations.
  • Collaborate with brands to understand their goals and translate raw content into performance-ready executions.
  • Brief, guide, and support creators and customers when specific concepts or ad styles are needed.
  • Analyse creative performance, identify winning patterns, and shape future creative direction.
  • Work closely with marketing to improve how 82DASH captures, labels, and delivers performance-ready content.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of emerging ad trends, platform shifts, and creative best practice.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience in performance creative, paid social, or UGC-driven ad production.
  • Strong understanding of paid platforms – especially how creative affects performance metrics.
  • Ability to turn raw customer videos into compelling story-led ads.
  • Comfortable testing systematically and working with data to guide creative decisions.
  • Creative, curious, and able to spot what feels genuine, human, and trustworthy.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to guide creators and customers.
  • Fluent English.
