Job Description

Assistenz im Marketing, PR und Kundenbetreuung unterstützend für Unternehmer:innen und Selbstständige. Unterstützung in Content-Marketing, PR-Aktivitäten und Kundenanfragen als zentrale Anlaufstelle.

Responsibilities:

  • Support in content marketing (LinkedIn, blog, newsletter)
  • Active support for PR activities (e.g., media research, coordination, maintenance of press distribution lists)
  • Appointment coordination, calendar management, and light project organization
  • Primary contact for client inquiries (friendly, clear and reliable)
  • Maintenance, structuring and updating of client data and CRM systems
  • Preparation and follow-up for webinars, online courses, calls and meetings
  • Research on current marketing, book- and PR-related topics
  • Creation of small presentations, exposés and dossiers
  • Support with social media and marketing tasks (posts, content, community management)

Requirements:

  • Some experience in an assistant role, marketing, PR or client/customer support
  • Strong affinity for content, language, storytelling and public relations
  • Independent, structured and highly reliable working style
  • Strong communication skills, organizational talent and self-initiative
  • An eye for detail — you notice subtle nuances and think with an understanding of online business, with a willingness to continuously develop
  • Initial experience with or openness to using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AI-based research or writing tools)
