Job Description

Business Development Representative prospecting new clients and generating sales opportunities for a SaaS technology startup. Collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams to meet lead generation goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct active prospecting of new clients
  • Qualify leads according to the ideal customer profile (ICP)
  • Make initial contact with potential customers
  • Schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Log interactions and information in the CRM
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales
  • Track lead generation goals and metrics

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service
  • Familiarity with targets and performance metrics
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in pre-sales or consultative selling (advantage)
  • Knowledge of methodologies such as SPIN and BANT (advantage)
  • Experience with CRM systems (advantage)
