Job Description
Business Development Representative prospecting new clients and generating sales opportunities for a SaaS technology startup. Collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams to meet lead generation goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct active prospecting of new clients
- Qualify leads according to the ideal customer profile (ICP)
- Make initial contact with potential customers
- Schedule meetings for the sales team
- Log interactions and information in the CRM
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales
- Track lead generation goals and metrics
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Familiarity with targets and performance metrics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in pre-sales or consultative selling (advantage)
- Knowledge of methodologies such as SPIN and BANT (advantage)
- Experience with CRM systems (advantage)
