Job Description

Corporate Communications & PR Analyst tasked with strengthening SoftExpert's corporate narrative and stakeholder relationships across global markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute Corporate Communications and Public Relations initiatives aligned with the company's global positioning and strategic priorities.
  • Support relationships with media outlets, journalists, and the PR agency, contributing to story pitching and media presence.
  • Produce press releases, institutional articles, executive content, and corporate narratives, following the English First model.
  • Assist in preparing spokespeople for interviews, briefings, and press interactions.
  • Monitor brand mentions, media coverage and reputation indicators, identifying opportunities and potential communication risks.
  • Contribute to initiatives related to directories, awards and rankings to increase the company's visibility and recognition.
  • Support co-branding activities and communications with partners and strategic alliances, ensuring consistency of positioning.
  • Track and analyze PR metrics and institutional visibility indicators, contributing to internal analyses and reports.
  • Work collaboratively with the Branding & Communications team and other areas of the company to ensure alignment in institutional communication.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, or Reputation Management.
  • Experience executing or supporting PR plans and media relations.
  • Excellent writing skills and corporate storytelling ability.
  • Experience producing institutional content in English.
  • Ability to balance planning and execution with strong organizational skills and autonomy.
  • Experience in institutional communication and brand positioning.
  • English proficiency at an advanced level or higher.
  • Preferred qualifications
  • Experience in technology, software, or B2B SaaS companies.
  • Experience in international contexts or communications for multiple markets.
  • Familiarity with media monitoring tools and reputation indicators.
  • Participation in rebranding, strategic positioning, or international expansion projects.
  • Experience producing content targeted at executives and corporate leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields.
