Job Description
Internship position in Estante Mágica supporting the commercial team with schools. Learning communication and negotiation while assisting in building partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- As part of our Commercial Team, you will embark on a hands-on learning journey.
- Supporting the first point of contact with schools, you will help qualify opportunities under the mentorship and supervision of our team of specialists.
- Develop communication and negotiation skills by proactively contacting schools (by phone, WhatsApp and email), under the guidance of leadership.
- Learn to conduct a consultative approach, helping to understand each school's current situation and presenting the potential of Estante Mágica.
- Use our CRM tools to support the identification and organization of new partnerships.
- Track your learning and development metrics, receiving ongoing mentoring to support your growth.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions for the continuous improvement of the department's processes.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a university degree program (active enrollment).
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools (Drive/Sheets).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with clarity and empathy.
- Organized, with the ability to prioritize study and internship responsibilities.
- Proactive, dynamic profile with a desire to develop in the commercial area.
- Enjoy working in a team and being collaborative.
- Willingness to learn: a genuine desire to grow professionally in consultative sales.
- Open to frequent feedback in a fast-paced learning environment.
