Job Description

Junior PHP Developer supporting corporate applications and handling infrastructure incidents. Focused on delivering high-quality resolution while maintaining SLAs and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide AMS support (N2/N3) for corporate and industrial applications.
  • Diagnose and resolve incidents involving applications, hardware, infrastructure and networks.
  • Ensure SLA compliance and the operational stability of systems.
  • Act as a liaison between IT teams, operations and vendors.
  • Support audit processes, change management and implementation of improvements.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain legacy systems implemented in PHP.
  • Implement bug fixes and evolutionary enhancements in applications.
  • Analyze functional and technical requirements.
  • Develop solutions following the company’s development standards.
  • Create and execute unit tests.
  • Prepare test plans.
  • Fix defects and ensure the quality of deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Experience in AMS support (N2/N3).
  • Experience developing and maintaining PHP applications.
  • Experience in critical corporate environments.
  • PHP (development and maintenance of legacy systems).
  • HTML.
  • CSS.
  • JavaScript (basic).
  • Databases: Oracle, SQL Server or MySQL.
  • Windows Server.
  • Log monitoring and job execution.
  • Basic networking knowledge.
  • Active Directory.
  • Incident analysis and resolution.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Organized.
  • Proactive.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Ability to work with internal clients and vendors.
  • Ownership mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Teamwork.
  • Experience in industrial environments (preferred).
  • Experience with automation systems and hardware integration (preferred).
  • Knowledge of applications such as Lenel, DNC, Cimplicity, APDATA, Aspen, SATI, Ortems, SCI, QBIT, XRT/UBR (preferred).
