Job Description
Russian Player Support Agent supporting gamers and online communities for TransPerfect Gaming. Resolving player issues, enforcing community rules, and reporting game trends across global projects.
Responsibilities:
- Process ‘Calls for Help’ received from the supported community
- Become familiarized with supported games to resolve player issues
- Stay up to date with workflow, policy, and gameplay changes
- Use ticketing and social media platforms
- Find creative solutions to day-to-day issues
- Assist with reporting by tracking data on forms or spreadsheets
- Support managers with ad-hoc tasks
- Reach KPIs including Productivity, Quality, and Player Satisfaction
- Enforce community rules fairly within the game context
- Report issues and trends found in the game
- Support game developers and publishers across the globe as part of a diverse player-support team
Requirements:
- Native or professional-level Russian with excellent oral and written skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of gaming social media platforms, including Reddit, Facebook, X, and Discord
- Passion for video games
- CV must be submitted in English
- Comfortable working in a remote setting
