Job Description

Lithuanian Player Support Specialist providing support to gamers in Sofia, Bulgaria. Assisting Lithuanian-speaking players with queries and enhancing their gaming experience through various communication channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent support to Lithuanian-speaking players through various communication channels, including chat, email, and forums.
  • Troubleshoot player issues and resolve queries efficiently to enhance player satisfaction.
  • Gather feedback from players to improve our gaming services and product offerings.
  • Document player interactions and maintain accurate records in our support system.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient problem resolution.
  • Assist in developing and implementing best practices for player support.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Lithuanian is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • A genuine passion for gaming with an understanding of current gaming trends and communities.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a gaming-related role is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage players effectively.
