Job Description
German Player Support Specialist handling inquiries and troubleshooting issues for German-speaking players. Joining a vibrant gaming community based in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to German-speaking players through various communication channels, including chat, email, and forums.
- Troubleshoot player issues and resolve queries efficiently to maximize player satisfaction.
- Collect and analyze feedback from players to inform improvements in our gaming services and products.
- Maintain detailed records of player interactions within our support systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operational processes and enhance problem-solving.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for player support.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- A strong passion for gaming with an understanding of current gaming trends and communities.
- Previous experience in customer support or a gaming-related position is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage players effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving player issues.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
- Willingness to adapt to the fast-paced nature of the gaming industry.
