Responsibilities:
- Offer exceptional support to Italian-speaking players through various communication channels, including chat, email, and forums.
- Troubleshoot player issues and resolve queries efficiently to maximize player satisfaction.
- Collect feedback from players to inform improvements in our gaming services and product offerings.
- Maintain detailed records of player interactions in our support system.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to streamline operational processes and enhance problem-solving.
- Contribute to the development and execution of best practices for player support.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- A strong passion for gaming with insight into current gaming trends and communities.
- Prior experience in customer support or a related role in gaming is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage players.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving player queries.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
