Job Description

Latvian Player Support Specialist assisting Latvian-speaking players in a gaming department. Providing support through various channels while maximizing player satisfaction in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding support to Latvian-speaking players through various channels, including chat, email, and forums.
  • Diagnose player issues and resolve queries efficiently to maximize player satisfaction.
  • Collect and analyze player feedback to inform improvements in our gaming services and products.
  • Keep detailed records of player interactions in our support systems.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from various departments to streamline operations and enhance problem-solving.
  • Contribute to developing and implementing effective player support strategies.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Latvian is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • A strong passion for gaming with an awareness of the latest gaming trends and communities.
  • Prior experience in customer support or a related gaming position is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for engaging with players effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing player concerns.
  • A positive mindset and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to adapt to the fast-paced gaming industry.
