Job Description

PMO Analyst supporting Oracle ERP consulting projects through governance, scheduling, reporting, and financial tracking. Coordinating Project Managers, stakeholders, risks, resources, and project documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Managers with day-to-day project planning, coordination, and administration
  • Maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, action trackers, and project documentation
  • Track project progress, delays, dependencies, KPIs, risks, issues, decisions, and approvals
  • Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Support project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure, and PMO governance processes
  • Collect project status information and prepare weekly/monthly status reports, dashboards, and executive updates
  • Maintain portfolio-level trackers and support portfolio reporting
  • Maintain RAID and change request logs and support change control
  • Track budgets, forecasts, expenditures, variances, purchase orders, invoices, resources, and capacity
  • Reconcile project financial information with Project Managers and Finance teams
  • Coordinate communications among Project Managers, business teams, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Prepare presentations and materials for governance meetings, steering committees, and leadership reviews
  • Support project team onboarding and distribution of project information
  • Produce status reports, schedules, RAID/action logs, financial/resource reports, dashboards, governance materials, decision logs, and project documentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
  • Approximately 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO analysis, project administration, or project management support
  • Experience with project schedules, status reporting, RAID logs, financial tracking, and governance documentation
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project records
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Understanding of project management principles, governance, and the project lifecycle
  • Ability to identify and escalate risks, issues, and schedule concerns
  • Strong stakeholder-management and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently while supporting multiple Project Managers
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, lookups, and reporting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar scheduling/project-management tools
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, Asana, or similar platforms
  • Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
  • U.S. citizenship or green card holder status; the company cannot sponsor H1B visas at this time
  • CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or similar project-management certification is desirable but not always required
