Job Description
Portfolio Product Analyst at CVS Health measuring feature success and improving user experiences. Collaborating with product teams for actionable insights and reporting effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure product teams can measure the success of features through actionable reporting across the website and app
- Partner with product teams to understand feature value, success metrics, and leading indicators
- Translate Portfolio value and success metrics into tag specification documents
- Leverage various analytics tools to collect and analyze data
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance user experience
- Collaborate with partners across the enterprise to synthesize reporting and analysis
- Conduct user journey analysis, analyze navigation paths, and evaluate usability
- Collaborate on data governance initiatives to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Promote digital analytics knowledge through professional development
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working with product management team
- 1 year of experience (course work or on the job) with Python or utilizing SQL to query databases
- 1+ years with Adobe Analytics or any other similar tool
- 2+ years curating analysis and building dashboards
- 1+ years of experience identifying success metrics
- Experience with Medallia, or Quantum Metrics is preferred
- Working knowledge of problem solving and decision-making skills
- Experience with Safe/agile delivery
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
