Job Description
Cybersecurity customer experts supporting Portuguese-speaking clients with security software and incident inquiries. Mercier Consultancy Group provides recruitment and BPO services across Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level support for cybersecurity software and enterprise security solutions
- Assist Portuguese-speaking clients in resolving technical threats, account security, and data protection inquiries
- Act as a primary point of contact for users navigating complex security software platforms
- Monitor and escalate security incidents while ensuring compliance with international privacy protocols
- Document all interactions within the cybersecurity CRM, maintaining strict data integrity
- Stay updated on the latest cyber threat landscapes to provide proactive customer guidance
- Collaborate with international teams to improve internal knowledge bases regarding cybersecurity best practices
Requirements:
- Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role
- Valid EU passport (mandatory) to work in one of the premier jobs in Greece
- A professional command of English, as it is the primary language of our technical cybersecurity training
- A strong interest in the cybersecurity industry and technology-driven problem solving
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex security concepts to non-technical users
- Previous experience in technical support or customer relations is considered a significant asset
