Job Description
Social Seller generating B2B leads through social media interactions. Responsible for nurturing relationships and qualifying sales opportunities for the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct strategic outreach to potential leads through social media interactions (direct messages, likes, story replies, comments, etc.) to build connections and generate interest.
- Identify and approach business owners within the ICP, executing outreach with volume, cadence, and precision to consistently generate qualified opportunities.
- Ensure qualified meetings are scheduled for the sales team, directly contributing to progression through the sales funnel.
- Monitor notifications and engagement (likes, comments, mentions) to identify new opportunities within the ICP.
- Maintain and nurture activated contacts, guiding leads through the relationship funnel in a structured and consistent manner.
- Regularly review the CRM, updating lead statuses, logging interactions, applying tags, and ensuring appropriate follow-up for each contact.
- Actively participate in internal management rituals, receive lead lists, and collaborate with the commercial team to define the best activation strategies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in social selling, pre-sales, or B2B prospecting.
- Excellent written communication and proficiency in Portuguese.
- Organized and disciplined to manage a high volume of contacts.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Clint and Pipedrive.
- Proactive profile with strong contextual awareness and ability to adapt language for digital communication.
- Experience with organic engagement strategies on social media.
- Knowledge of ICP and mapping opportunities through social networks.
- Ability to analyze the funnel and track conversion metrics.
