Job Description
PreSales Specialist demonstrating Dedalus healthcare imaging IT solutions for clinical, technical, and management audiences. Managing German demo environments and creating tailored presentations for customers and sales teams.
Responsibilities:
- Present Dedalus imaging IT solutions in customer meetings, tenders, trade shows and conferences, both remotely and on-site
- Tailor product demonstrations to clinical, technical and management audiences
- Take ownership of the DACH DIIT demo landscape
- Build, configure and maintain demo environments and datasets
- Coordinate product updates with development and technical stakeholders and integrate new features and prototypes
- Create customer-specific presentations together with Sales and PreSales
- Develop and maintain demo content, demo scripts, presentation flows and supporting materials
- Collaborate with product management, product marketing, business operations and regional marketing teams
- Support global DIIT Business Development in training and establishing product presentation teams in new regions
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and in a structured way
- Experience in PreSales, consulting, or another customer-facing role
- Marketing mindset with a focus on customer value
- Good understanding of IT systems and application workflows
- Experience with desktop virtualization environments and technical demo setups
- Very good German (fluent)
- Willingness to travel regularly at short notice
- Preferred: Experience in healthcare IT, radiology IT or RIS/PACS
- Preferred: Knowledge of standards such as DICOM and HL7
- Preferred: Familiarity with digital imaging IT or AI solutions in radiology
- Preferred: Additional language skills, e.g., English or Spanish, at presentation-level proficiency
