Job Description
Principal role leading MedImpact's Laker Adjudication Platform strategy and product management initiatives. Focused on delivering high-value adjudication products and collaborating with internal and external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Lead overall strategy, goals, and objectives for MedImpact’s Laker Adjudication Platform
- Drive initiatives with the product management team and IT
- Create, maintain, and execute product strategic vision and roadmap
- Lead creation and support of key adjudication products from inception to execution
- Ensure products and services meet operational excellence criteria and support revenue goals
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to prioritize product features
- Interface with various company areas such as IT, Sales & Marketing, and Operations
Requirements:
- BA/BS Degree
- 8+ years related experience
- 8+ years of SME in respective area(s)
- 4+ years leading individual contributors and leaders
- Product Management Certification preferred
- Project Management Professional preferred
- Certified Scrum Master certification preferred
- NCT-NCPDP Telecommunication Standard certification required
- Prior pharmacy benefits management experience required
