Job Description

Senior Product Manager optimizing the North American Microbio product portfolio while improving margins and reducing costs. Leading product strategy and collaborating with sales and marketing for effective implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • optimizing the North American Microbio product portfolio
  • improving margin performance, reducing product costs
  • partnering with sales and marketing to increase win rates
  • aligning product mix to enhance competitiveness, margins, and growth
  • leading product slate rationalization
  • maintaining a fact-based view of competitors
  • guiding marketing, pricing, and sales teams on product positioning
  • owning and managing pricing strategy
  • ensuring products are manufactured at optimal plants
  • developing regional supply strategies for raw materials, feedstock, and finished goods
  • managing relationships with critical third-party suppliers
  • collaborating with supply chain and procurement
  • contributing product and industry expertise to key deals, campaigns, and proposals
  • supporting marketing-led efforts by advising on segment prioritization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or better in a technical field
  • 3–5+ years of experience in the MB product line
  • exposure to the pricing process
  • Strategic thinker and problem solver
  • Strong time management and cross-functional people management skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across multiple teams
  • Financial and business acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Executive presence and ability to influence
  • Candidates with technical applications and sales experience are preferred
  • Strong written and oral presentation skills
