Job Description
Principal Consultant responsible for secure networking engagements at NTT DATA. Leading delivery and technical quality across enterprise and regulated environments with a focus on client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of secure networking engagements from design through implementation and stabilization
- Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex networking and security challenges
- Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with contractual and architectural commitments
- Design, build, and optimize enterprise network solutions including LAN/WAN and routing & switching
- Secure Networking Implementation and design, build, and optimize enterprise network solutions including: LAN/WAN and routing & switching
- Validate designs through hands-on configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
- Lead delivery across multiple technology towers, including Networking & Connectivity, Network Security, Cloud & Hybrid Connectivity, Data Center & Colocation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise networking with a strong consulting background
- Proven experience leading complex network initiatives for large or regulated enterprises
- Deep hands-on and architectural experience in: LAN/WAN and enterprise routing & switching
- SD-WAN and WAN transformation
- Network security and segmentation
- High availability, resiliency, and performance optimization
- Strong understanding of how networking integrates with security, cloud, and data center towers
- Ability to operate at both strategic (architecture, roadmap) and tactical (design, troubleshooting) levels
- Strong client-facing communication and executive presence
- Proven mentoring and technical leadership capabilities
