Job Description
Principal Customer Success Manager responsible for bridging cybersecurity strategy and business value. Driving value realization and managing enterprise account health at Prophet Security.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Value Realization: Define and track "Value Milestones" for enterprise customers
- Manage Enterprise Account Health: Execute quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and health assessments
- Scale Success Infrastructure: Design and implement the team structures, playbooks, and support workflows
- Optimize User Journeys: Map and refine the end-to-end customer lifecycle to increase platform adoption
- Feedback Loop Integration: Synthesize customer investigation processes and detection gaps into structured product requirements
- Strategic Advisory: Serve as a subject matter expert for customer security leaders
Requirements:
- Expert-level knowledge of Cybersecurity Operations
- Expert-level knowledge of Customer Success Metrics
- Working knowledge of Security Tooling Ecosystems
- Familiarity with Automation in Security
- Familiarity with API-led integrations and Cloud Infrastructure
