Job Description

Client Success Manager ensuring broker satisfaction and client retention at Beam Benefits through managing onboarding, support, and renewals. Collaborating cross-functionally to drive high performance and client value.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive client management through managing the onboarding of new groups
  • Own open enrollment support by leading or participating in meetings
  • Own client renewals by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Own a book of business and understand the needs of the brokers and clients
  • Generate/request reports and derive insights from data
  • Execute at a high volume with a variety of processes/activities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple internal team members

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a client facing role
  • Requirement to have your Life & Health license
  • Experience in communicating to multiple stakeholders both tactically and strategically
  • A history of investigating and solving client issues
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly learn new product lines and adapt to dynamic sales and service processes
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs or Client Success tools preferred
