Job Description
Principal Product Designer at Monstro creating intuitive, consumer-focused products for a digital wealth platform. Leading design strategy to enhance user experience and engagement for customers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from ideation and research to prototyping, testing, and implementation for Monstro’s platform.
- Develop user personas and journey maps to inform design direction and ensure user-centricity.
- Design and iterate on high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and user interfaces that prioritize user engagement and adoption.
- Incorporate gamified design elements that keep users informed, empowered, and inspired to take control of their financial lives.
- Ensure all visual and interactive elements adhere to Monstro’s brand guidelines for a cohesive, recognizable experience.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in UI/UX design and gamification, integrating best practices to maintain Monstro’s competitive edge.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and engineering teams to align the visual brand identity and design strategies with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
- 9+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong focus on consumer-facing products and driving user engagement.
- Expertise in user-centered design processes, working cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work, including consumer apps, gamified experiences, and consistent brand identity.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or equivalent.
- Passion for innovation and a keen interest in gamification trends and cutting-edge digital design.
- Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
