Job Description

Principal Product Designer at Monstro creating intuitive, consumer-focused products for a digital wealth platform. Leading design strategy to enhance user experience and engagement for customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from ideation and research to prototyping, testing, and implementation for Monstro’s platform.
  • Develop user personas and journey maps to inform design direction and ensure user-centricity.
  • Design and iterate on high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and user interfaces that prioritize user engagement and adoption.
  • Incorporate gamified design elements that keep users informed, empowered, and inspired to take control of their financial lives.
  • Ensure all visual and interactive elements adhere to Monstro’s brand guidelines for a cohesive, recognizable experience.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in UI/UX design and gamification, integrating best practices to maintain Monstro’s competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and engineering teams to align the visual brand identity and design strategies with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong focus on consumer-facing products and driving user engagement.
  • Expertise in user-centered design processes, working cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work, including consumer apps, gamified experiences, and consistent brand identity.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or equivalent.
  • Passion for innovation and a keen interest in gamification trends and cutting-edge digital design.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
